HOW TO ORDER (WHOLESALE)

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept company cheques, cash, Visa or MasterCard
All accounts are C.O.D (cash or certified cheque on delivery) or prepaid by Visa or MasterCard until credit terms are established. N.S.F. cheques carry a charge of $25.
Overdue accounts are charged interest of 2% per month.
FIRST ORDER
First orders must be prepaid by Visa or MasterCard or paid C.O.D. (cash or certified cheque upon delivery).
MINIMUM ORDER
Our wholesale prices apply to orders with a value of at least $ 250 (excluding shipping). However, if you order one of our Wholesale Intro Packs there is no minimum order size for any additional items you may want to order! Re-orders under $150 carry a $5 additional handling fee.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders cancelled within 3 days of requested shipping date will carry a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Occasionaly we might make substitutions for product currently out of stock, if a similar item is in stock. Please advise us if you do not accept substitutions.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders will be shipped upon becoming available. Please advise us upon placing your order if you do not accept back orders.
RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE ORDERS
You may return an item for credit or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us to receive return authorization before you send anything back. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
